Strip, inspect, hone, re-chrome, reseal and pressure-test every cylinder back to OEM condition — at a fraction of new replacement cost. Services include barrel repairs, rod replacement, hard chroming, weld repairs, and reassembly.
New and remanufactured cylinders for Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi and other fleets, drawn from local stock and the Akaliko global supply chain backed by trusted brands including CRRC, Mesabi, Sleipner and XCMG.
Receive a ready-to-install exchange cylinder, install it and return your worn core. We remanufacture the unit to OEM standards. Faster turnaround, lower capital expenditure, no need to hold large spare inventory.
We stock and manage your critical cylinders on site or at our Port Moresby location. You only pay when a unit is fitted — with stock forecast & replacement planning, use any time within contract period, and purchase or return at no extra cost.
